Description
PA-18-HALL Specifications

The PA-18 Hall Effect is a hall effect linear actuator with position feedback that expands your advanced control capabilities with synchronization and memory presets, keeping your system in control not just at the endpoints, but throughout the entire stroke. From custom DIY builds and home automation to robotics and general automation, the integrated Hall Effect sensor gives you the precision your application demands.

At 340 lbs. of force, this linear actuator with limit switches protects the actuator at full extension and retraction, keeping your system running reliably over the long term. Available in strokes up to 60", it's a capable long stroke linear actuator built to handle demanding loads with consistent position control.

Installation is direct, the 6-pin connector plug simplifies integration into new or existing systems. As a long stroke linear actuator with up to 60" of travel, the unique track-linear motion design supports fixed mounting points while delivering the range your application needs. For applications requiring synchronized movement, pair it with a compatible hall effect control box. Applications include general automation, home and office automation, and robotics. For full specifications, customization options, and dimensional drawings, see the PA-18 Data Sheet.

FAQ
What are the main advantages of a track-style actuator compared to a rod-style linear actuator?

Track linear actuators have a fixed mounting design and rodless motion, making them the ideal actuator for tight spaces compared to rod-style actuators.

In which applications is the PA-18 track actuator most commonly used?

The PA-18 is widely used as an actuator for sliding systems found in general, home, and office automation industries.

What brackets are compatible with the PA-18 and how do BRK-19 and BRK-01 differ in installation use?

The PA-18 is compatible with BRK-19 and BRK-01 brackets, with BRK-19 brackets designed for both the track and end mounting points, while the BRK-01 brackets offer mounting for the rear motor end.

What control systems are supported by the PA-18 actuator and how is it integrated into plug-and-play systems?

The PA-18 is a plug-and-play linear actuator that supports various control boxes and wiring options for easy integration through the 2-Pin Molex Mini-Fit Jr connector.

Is the PA-18 actuator customizable in terms of stroke length or control feedback?

The PA-18 has actuator customization options to meet specific application requirements, including various track actuator stroke options and hall effect sensor optional feedback.
