Our mini linear actuators are one of the most popular types of actuator in our catalog for a number of reasons. While compactness is an obvious feature of theirs, it’s their adaptability to the application they are serving that makes them such a prime choice. This adaptability comes from their range of stroke and force abilities, with their stroke lengths going from 1” to 40”, and their dynamic force starting at 35 lbs in certain models, going up to 450 lbs in our PA-10. Our PA-10 also contains a waterproof feature, making this miniature electric actuator extremely versatile. We also stock a mini linear actuator with feedback abilities, as seen in our PA-14. Alongside these capabilities, these small electric linear actuators also feature precision control, compactness and, in certain models, high IP and waterproof protection ratings. From their range of features, our mini linear actuators can be utilized in a number of different applications and mechanisms.

Compact Size

Our mini actuators can be quite compact at their smallest stroke of 1”, going up to 40”. Their dynamic force ratings range from 35 lbs all the way up to 450 lbs.

Low Current Draw

Our mini actuators have the advantage of a low current draw, allowing for the use of a single control box for multiple actuators.

Adaptable Solutions

Due to their range of capabilities, our mini electric actuators are considered extremely adaptable to any given application. This is seen in the range of force they can offer alongside certain models offering high IP waterproof protection ratings and customizable options for PA-14 brushless motors.

Where Can I Find Additional Information on Your Products?

We have data sheets, user manuals, 3D models, wiring diagrams and more in our Resources and Learning Center sections.

Can I Use Your Actuators to Replace The One That I Already Have?

Yes, our actuators can be seamless replacements for most applications. Please contact us if you are unsure of which actuator to opt for. You will need to know the voltage rating, force rating, and stroke length needed before we can give a recommendation for a replacement actuator.

Can I Use My Own Power Supply as a Source For My Actuators?

Yes. However, it is important to have sufficient voltage and current to be applied to your actuator. Here is an article that may help you further: How to Choose the Right Power Supply for your Linear Actuator

Do You Have Sample Coding I Could Use?

As we are primarily manufacturers and distributors, we have a limited amount of sample codes available. While we cannot provide specific coding for your application, we do have a growing list of sample Arduino codes. To access these sample codes, please click here.

Are All of Your Control Boxes Compatible With All Of Your Linear Actuators?

No. However, we have a large variety of control boxes to choose from for each actuator. Alternatively, you may also use rocker switches as a form of motion control.

Can I Use My Own Control Box?

Yes, however, you need to ensure your control box can provide sufficient current draw and compatible voltage. Otherwise, you risk damaging your actuator(s).

Can I Get 3D CAD Models for My Linear Actuator?
