Sponsorship Guidelines
Please submit the form with
your contact and event details.
Submit your sponsorship request a month before the event date to qualify for our program.
Participants are requested to display our marketing material at the event.
Participants must share High-Quality videos and Images of the Event.
All relevant event applications will be approved within one week of submission.
You will receive an email notification once the event sponsorship request is approved.
For our Event Sponsorhip program, we qualify only those applications that are directly or indirectly connected with Engineering or related industries and, preferably, are focused on automation and motion control products and technologies.
All submissions are subject to review and approval by Progressive Automations.

Eligibility
Since we get many applications to be considered for sponsorship, we have set some criteria to determine if an applicant can be qualified to receive our support.Â
Therefore, we evaluate the following:
- A project's complexity, uniqueness, and overall value;
- Promotion opportunities, namely the audience base of an applicant's social media accounts, engagement level, connection with various communities, etc.
- Possibility to share with us high-quality content (i.e., high-resolution images and videos), which we then can use for our blog and social media activities;
- Readiness to provide us with step-by-step documentation or instructions on the project's development and/or assembly.
Having analyzed those mentioned above, we decide the sponsorship conditions on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether an applicant meets all criteria or fulfills only some of them.
All submissions are subject to review and approval by Progressive Automations.
