If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product isn’t used, modified or damaged
- 1.Call us at 1-800-676-6123 or email at email@example.com to obtain an RMA number.
- 2.Please include the provided RMA document in the package.
- 3.Ship the product(s) being returned back to us and forward a copy of the tracking information for timely processing of the RMA.
- 4.Once the package is received, refunds are processed within 1 to 5 business days. For exchanges, a customer service representative will contact you to arrange a new order.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us and to make sure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
