To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product isn’t used, modified or damaged
- 1. Call us at 1-800-676-6123 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain RMA number.
- 2. Please include RMA number outside the box or RMA invoice inside the package.
- 3. Ship your package back to us.
- 4. Once we receive the package we will process refund or repairs. For exchanges our customer service representative will contact you to arrange a new order.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us and to make sure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
In the case of a defect or error on our part the return shipping fee will be waived.
