If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
For most international destinations (including the UK, EU, and Australia), duties, taxes, and related fees are included in the total shipping cost at checkout, and no additional charges will be due upon delivery.
For other international locations, import duties and taxes may apply in accordance with local regulations and may be collected upon delivery.

Does Progressive Automations Ship Internationally?
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product isn’t used, modified or damaged
- 1.Call us at 1-800-676-6123 or email at sales@progressiveautomations.com to obtain an RMA number.
- 2.Please include the provided RMA document in the package, which will indicate where the product(s) should be returned.
- 3.Ship the product(s) being returned back to us and forward a copy of the tracking information for timely processing of the RMA.
- 4.Once the package is received, refunds are processed within 1 to 5 business days. For exchanges, a customer service representative will contact you to arrange a new order.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us and to make sure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
In the case of a defect or error on our part the return shipping fee will be waived.
