Our Electric Lifting Column Range

Our lifting column range is diverse and designed to suit a variety of applications! From single lifting columns to multiples of two, three, and four, you have a wide choice for your project. We designed our lifting columns with the linear actuator technology that we have become experts in after our years in the industry. Alongside the range of strokes, weight capacities and sizes that we offer, our telescopic lifting columns are also plug and play, and completely synchronized if you choose two or more. We wanted this range to reflect the needs of our customers, and are constantly evolving with every new application!

Modular Customization Options

Our modular lifting columns are single-unit legs of a lifting column that can be paired with our remotes and FLTCON series of control boxes that can handle between 1 to 4 legs in a single control system. Select from our large range of remote options and enjoy all the unique features of our different programmable wired remotes that can be used together with wireless remotes for extra convenience.

Finding Your Lifting Column Match

Our lifting column range is diverse – we offer a range of stroke sizes, and lifting column shapes, alongside differing weight capacities suitable for any application. Particularly useful to some industries, our lifting column’s weight capacities go up to 1300 lbs per leg, and are often found in manufacturing application thanks to this and their safety features such as overcurrent protection and anti-collision sensors. Whether you’re looking for this type of heavy-duty solution, or simple electric lift table legs, our range will have you covered!

Modular Solutions

From single lifting columns to multiples of two, three, and four, select from a wide range of choices to get the perfect combination for your next project. Our modular lifting columns are single-unit legs of a lifting column that can be paired with our remotes and FLTCON series of control boxes that can handle between 1 to 4 legs in a single control system.

Versatile Remote Choices

We offer a large range of remote options so users can enjoy all the unique features of our different programmable wired remotes that can also be used together with wireless remotes for extra convenience.

High Lifting Power

Weight capacities range from 180 lbs to 1300 lbs per leg to cover a broad range of applications with their high lifting power. Combined with their safety features such as overcurrent protection and anti-collision sensors, these lifting columns work well in manufacturing settings!

Can I Use Two of The FLT-11 Lifting Columns Together?

No, unfortunately the FLT-11 can only work as a singular lifting column system. This is due to the control box that it is programmed for.

What Control Box Should I Pair with My Lifting Columns?

All of our lifting column sets include control boxes and remotes to control the units. Modular Lifting Columns would be compatible with FLTCON series of control boxes. If you would like to know more about the control boxes we use, please contact us.

What Is the Weight Capacity of Your Table/Desk Lifts?

Our table lift weight capacities are dependent on the unit you are choosing. The minimum weight capacity will range from 180 lbs to 1300 lbs per leg, however, the lifting force of a system also depends on how many legs you install. Assuming equal weight distribution when using multiple legs, you can calculate total system weight capacity by multiplying the number of legs you have with the weight capacity of one leg.

Can I use your remotes with third-party control boxes?

We cannot guarantee that our remotes will work with third-party control systems. The pin-outs of the ports may differ from one company to another.

How do I set the maximum/minimum heights for my Lifting Column setup?

NOTE: The steps below may vary depending on the remote model that you have. The following instructions were made for the popular RT-11 remote. To set the maximum height for your system, go to the desired height you would like to set and follow the steps below:

  1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display

  2. Press the UP button and notice [5 -] blinks

  3. Hold the M button until you see [999] on the display

  4. The maximum height has now been set

To set the minimum height for your system, go to the desired height you would like to set and follow the steps below:

  1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display

  2. Press the DOWN button and notice [5 -] blinks

  3. Hold the M button until you see [000] on the display

  4. The minimum height has now been set

To reset the limits, follow the steps below:

  1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display and release

  2. Hold the M you see [555]

  3. Limits have been reset

I have to hold down the remote buttons to get to my pre-set height. Is there a way to do this with only one press?

NOTE: The steps below may vary depending on the remote model you have. The following instructions were made for the standard RT-11 remote.

If you have to hold down the remote’s buttons to get to your pre-set height, this means that your control box is in momentary control. To set your remote to non-momentary mode, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that there is nothing underneath your system, as we must enter the reset procedure

  2. Press and hold the DOWN button until the display shows [ASr]

  3. Once [ASr] is shown, press and hold down [1] and you may see two values:

     a. 10.1 = Non-momentary Mode

     b. 10.2 = Momentary Mode

  4. Complete the reset procedure by holding the DOWN button until your system slightly lowers and rises.

My remote is showing an error code on the display? What should I do?

We have some troubleshooting steps for you to take if you see any of the following error codes on the remotes that come with an LED display.

Сheck the error code here.
