Description
FLTCON-2 Specifications

Keep 2 matching compatible lifting columns or Hall effect actuators moving together with the FLTCON-2 lifting column control box. It uses 110 VAC input and provides 24 VDC output. Programming must match the connected model. Save and recall positions with a compatible preset remote, sold separately.

2 control channels synchronize identical compatible 24V Hall effect actuators or lifting columns. Confirm the connected model and required programming before ordering. Saved positions depend on the selected remote; RT-11 supports up to four memory positions and is sold separately.

The wired remote is sold separately. Select the handset required for your application. No separate external DC power supply is required for AC input operation.

Power input: 110 VAC, with 24 VDC output.

View the FLTCON-2 datasheet for setup, wiring and operating limits.

Compatible Hall effect actuators: PA-04-HS-24VDC, PA-TS1, PA-09-HS, PA-10-HS, PA-01-HS. Use the appropriate 24V versions and model-specific controller programming.

Lifting columns: LG-02, LG-03, LG-07, LG-11, LG-12, LG-13, LG-14. Select the controller channel count to match the number of columns.

Preset remote option: RT-11, sold separately.

FAQ
What actuator or lifting column models are compatible with the FLTCON-2, and how do I ensure proper synchronization?

Ensure FLTCON-2 compatibility by selecting actuators and lifting columns that have hall effect sensor feedback, 24 VDC operation, and current draw no higher than 8A each. To ensure actuator or lifting column synchronization, the setup requires two identical columns or two identical actuators paired together, similar wire length, and a reset procedure for initial setup. For more information, check our Control Boxes Compatibility Chart.

How does the FLTCON-2 synchronize two actuators or table lifts and what are the key setup requirements?

The hall effect synchronization process reads the positional feedback signals coming from the two actuators to determine their speed and adjusts the power being applied to them for the dual actuator sync effect. Key setup requirements include selecting two identical columns or two identical actuators paired together, similar wire length, and a reset procedure for initial setup.

Can the FLTCON-2 be used as a replacement for older table lift control boxes, and what should I check before replacement?

Assuming the older table lift was already previously using an FLTCON-2 with the same pinouts, mounting, power requirements, and programming requirements, a newer FLTCON-2 could be used as a replacement control box. For more information on compatibility with legacy models, reach out to our customer support team sales@progressiveautomations.com.

How do I enable Bluetooth functionality with the FLTCON-2 and what features are available in the Progressive Motion app?

Use our RT-BT1 Bluetooth Dongle to connect compatible FLTCON control boxes to your smartphone via the Progressive Motion app, available for both Android and iOS platforms. With this app, you can:

  • Adjust compatible linear actuators, lifting columns, and standing desk frames effortlessly.
  • Store and access your preferred height settings with four memory positions.
  • Manage multiple devices within a single interface for ultimate convenience.
What are the differences between FLTCON-2 and FLTCON-2-24VDC, and how do I choose the correct model for my application?

The FLTCON-2 accepts 110 VAC input voltage, while the FLTCON-2-24VDC accepts 24 VDC input voltage—choose based on the power supply types that are available around your installation.
