We’re excited to announce the release of our PA-CB41-2 control box, specialized as a high-power actuator controller for dual actuator synchronization. Designed for user-friendly operation, these actuator control boxes, manufactured in Canada, bring more flexibility and intelligence to how you operate your high-load Hall effect actuators. Whether you're working on an industrial actuator system, smart home actuator setups, or custom projects requiring synchronous motion, the PA-CB41-2 dual-channel high-power linear actuator controller delivers power, advanced features, and convenience in a compact plug-and-play package.

Designed for High-Power Linear Actuators

If your application requires perfectly synchronized movement between two high-load actuators, the PA-CB41-2 control box is your go-to dual-channel actuator controller for high-load linear actuators. Designed for use with high-load Hall effect feedback actuators, this high-power linear actuator controller accepts an input voltage of 12 VDC or 24 VDC and high current draws at 25 A per channel at 12 VDC or 12.5 A per channel at 24 VDC.

Precision Control with Hall Effect Feedback

Our PA-CB41-2 control box has dual actuator synchronization capabilities compatible with Hall effect actuator position feedback, engineered to simplify motion control and extend the functionality of high-load actuators. As a dual-channel actuator controller, our PA-CB41-2 control box ensures that two high-load actuators move at the same speed and in the same direction, thanks to its built-in synchronization algorithm.

Built-In Safety and Protection Features

Our PA-CB41-2 control box is built specifically for high-load actuators that have 2-Pin Mega-Fit connectors for the motor and 4-Pin Mini-Fit connectors for the Hall effect feedback compatibility, offering plug-and-play convenience within the matching voltage and current requirements. The suitable wiring harness options with Molex connectors are sold separately and are used to connect your linear actuator and power source to the PA-CB41-2 control box, ensuring a secure and clean connection. With the PA-CB41-2 synchronized motion control system, you gain advanced actuator safety protection features that include real-time sync monitoring and protection against:

  • Out of Synchronization
  • Output Short Circuit
  • Overcurrent / Overload
  • Over Duty Cycle
  • Out of Range Input Voltage
  • Reverse Input Voltage
