The PA-17 Heavy Duty Linear Actuator is designed for applications that require high force, durable construction, and flexible stroke control. A stainless steel shaft and metal gears allow this heavy-duty electric linear actuator to push and pull up to 2,000 lbs and hold up to 4,000 lbs, while its environmental protection rating helps it withstand dust, water, and harsh operating conditions. Adjustable limit switches allow users to set custom start and stop positions on supported stroke lengths, and a potentiometer feedback version is also available here for applications requiring position feedback.

8 way atv dozer blade / bucket loader combo

These things are awesome, I know you recommend 20% duty cycle, but I run them easy 80-90% duty cycle in the winter as a mini snowcat shaping and maintaining my snowpark, and then this summer I got bold and made a clip on bucket, and was hauling massive loads, 600lb boulders, and cutting through 3" maple roots!

I am running an 8 way blade, with 5 PA-17 actuators, 2 to run the blade cut angle/dump mechanism in order to acheive a full dump capability, 1 for up/down, 1 angle left right, and 1 for tilt left/right. One of the dump actuators, and the up/down are only 850lb models and I'm running the up down mid way on the lift arm. I have to use the cut/dump function and the cutting edge of the bucket in unison with the up/down actuator to lift anything more than 300lbs, but once it's up, it's hold any load while I'm bouncing around!

Actuator work review

I really love the actuator...do the work as a dump cylinder on a box of a Polaris Ranger xp700 2007...had to make a little modification to fit it 1 inch lower...used a frame bolt and work perfectly...one ting that i,d would have like to try is a 900pd instead of the 2000pd so i can have 2x speed...but I wanted to make sure of the strength

RV Adjustable Bed

Had Linear Actuator on brand new RV adjustable bed fail. NOT Progressive Automations Product. The adjustable bed was installed wrong. (Pivots tightened, not installed level i.e. it was minus a few degrees etc.) I took the original apart and it was junk. Order the Linear Actuator PA-03v 600lb. It fit perfect and it so quiet when its running. The support was great when ordering and the delivery was fast. Thanks for the help, you don't find this kind of help often these days.
