Senior Business Analyst

We’re looking for a dynamic, innovative Senior Business Analyst who is excited to take on a key role in improving and growing our business. With the support of the President and your team, you’ll be digging in deep, gathering the details, and applying your business acumen to develop directions and plans to reveal and take advantage of our SWOTs.

As the ideal candidate for this role is a visionary as well as a “do-er” - while you’re able to see the business from 30,000 feet, your head and feet are planted firmly inside the day-to-day of the business.

Reporting to the President, and working closely with the Operations Manager, the Senior Business Analyst will:

  • Analyze business processes and practices, applying gap analysis or other means, in order to find opportunities, for improvement and well as losses for troubleshooting
  • Develop short- and long-term strategies for the organization, incorporating Six Sigma and other practices, to facilitate progress and reduce costs, both in terms of sales and workflow inefficiencies
  • Optimize existing operations and business processes with major focus on inventory, multi-warehouse, inventory planning, space optimization
  • Implement automating manual processes and reports, as required
  • Implement WMS and RMA modules for ERP
  • Implement full integration of selling channels with ERP
  • Implement company wide real time analytics, KPIs, custom reports
  • Manage and assist with new technical implementation projects, including requirements gathering (functional and technical), software selection, implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing support
  • Work with the management team to prioritize and develop a roadmap of technical projects that should be undertaken to help scale the business for future growth
  • Create operational documentation such as flow diagrams, work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Work closely with IT and Operations teams during the entire life cycle, and support business units on day to day project execution, problem identification and resolution.
  • Support change management, run and maintain activities as a Functional and Business process expert and maintain tickets
  • Drive continuous improvement opportunities to improve business KPIs and add value
  • Create business and technical documentation as well as managing documents and processes
  • Ensure metrics-based decision making, help prepare and implement KPIs
  • Manage your workflow and prioritize based on business needs and requirements
  • Project management for our technical project - managing projects from initiation and planning through to conclusion and monitor deliverables and ensuring a timely completion of projects


Successful candidates will have a combination of the following:

  • Experience providing business and process improvement solutions, business process modelling, project and change management, inventory control, inventory, supply chain and logistics management and quality assurance at the leadership level
  • Management consulting experience is preferred
  • An MBA is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP with previous experience in developing, implementing and maintaining ERP systems
  • The ability to transform business requirements into ERP solutions
  • Experience configuring functions and workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications and researching, troubleshooting and mitigating ERP issues
  • Experience working with SQL to develop complex queries
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience utilizing Excel
  • Previous experience in facilitating and leading change management
  • Experience creating training and user guides, policies and other appropriate documents for internal and external partners
  • The ability to build, manage and execute upon multiple projects and work while adhering to timelines and budgets
