We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator who excels at multitasking.

Within this role, you will act as a point of contact on day-to-day accounting matters, working with the internal team, and external parties such as vendors and clients. You will be a leader in moving the admin functions of this role offshore, implementing process improvement and automation within the department and establishing the accounting system within the company.

To succeed within this role, you should possess a solid understanding of accounting principles and systems. You should be attentive, analytical, collaborative, thorough and trustworthy and will need excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Play a lead role in moving all admin functions offshore
  • Move all accounting functions to ERP
  • Implement process improvement and automation within the department
  • Review and establish the accounting system within the company
  • Full AR/ AP cycle
  • Data analysis and modeling
  • Process improvements
  • Merchant reconciliations
  • Customer terms approval
  • Vendor/Customer forms
  • Month-end preparation
  • Product certification


  • 5+ year of experience
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP, Excel, computer systems
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Accounting Degree and/or CGA
